Oulu City Centre Vision 2026–2040: Supplementary Construction Strategy, a long-term urban vision developed to support the sustainable growth and renewal of Oulu.
Commisshioned by the city of Oulu, our work focused on exploring and developing urban infill concepts for a variety of block typologies, while carefully integrating landscape, cityscape, mobility, and lighting strategies into a cohesive urban vision.
We hope this vision provides a strong framework for the continued development of central Oulu, and supports a city centre that is increasingly dynamic, attractive, and inviting for future generations.
